DELIVERY TERMS

Arrangement Deliveries, Shippings and Returns

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES
All orders made after 1pm will be delivered the next day. Deliveries are unpredictable due to different circumstances, including Miami traffic, unexpected closed roads and more, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. You can request a delivery timeframe by filling in the special instructions box when finishing with your order, and we will work hard to deliver the arrangement within your preferred timeframe. Of course, you are welcome to call Sainte Fleur Miami so that way one of our team members can handle your request personally.

LOCAL DELIVERIES
Our hand delivery is available just for Miami Areas. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address specified during the checkout.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED FROM CUSTOMERS. In case you provided a wrong delivery address and you notice it when flowers already arrived, you will be charge depending on the new address provided from the point the flowers where delivered and just if the driver is still at the point of the first delivery address provided.
IN CASE THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME
In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone, using the number specified during the checkout unless you provided us a special instructions on your order request. After three failed attempts to get in contact with you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, shaded areas, on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange future delivery.
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED
For certain deliveries we will need to contact the recipient or the contact provided during the checkout to confirm the address or ensure that someone will be at home at the time of delivery to accept it. Except in case you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling + 1 (786) - 451-7298 or sending an email to saintefleur.miami@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to the shipping or delivery day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales completed at Sainte Fleur Miami are final sales. We are providing a service consisting of decomposable items sensitive to changes in temperature, light, chemicals and even touch. Receiving a defective product is the only exception for a store credit. All claims must be made within 10 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement or flowers must be submitted to saintefleur.miami@gmail.com with an explanation of the situation and after 24 hours you will receive an answer by email for your claim. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required and it is the recipient responsibility.
